The class consists of the basics; sitting on the motorcycle, location and
operation of controls and straight-line riding. As students progress, they
learn how to ride in circles, make sharp turns and how to ride on hills.
Besides learning new skills, students also discuss responsible riding practices
including risk management and environmental awareness. There are
additional exercises available for more experienced riders. At the end of
the school, students should have a solid understanding of the techniques an
off-highway rider must use to stay safe, act responsibly and, most importantly,
have fun. Completion card received at end of class will qualify student to
ride in states that require formalized off-highway training (ex. Utah and
Oregon). These classes are currently conducted near Las Vegas at
Jean Dry Lake on weekdays and weekends per customer requests. Price
per student is $250 which includes use of our loaner dirtbike with safety gear
minus the boots (students need to bring sturdy over the ankle footwear). Note:
unlike our competitors, we don't tack on additional charges for use of bikes and
gear. We do offer special discounts for military, family and group classes.
